Complete onboarding
Create your business workspace. Keep the business name simple (example: “Tomeka Consulting”).

Land on the dashboard
Your dashboard shows the four numbers that matter most:
- Money In — what you earned
- Money Out — what you spent
- Profit — Money In minus Money Out
- Tax Set-Aside — suggested % to reserve

Add transactions
Use “Quick add” to log:
- Money In: client payments, gigs, services, product sales
- Money Out: tools, subscriptions, marketing, supplies, travel

Best practice: at the end of each month, export/print the monthly report and store it in your records folder.

What should I track first?
Start with your main income and your top recurring expenses (tools, subscriptions, marketing, supplies). You’ll gain clarity fast.
